Ik beweeg voor een wereld zonder Alzheimer. In mijn familie komt Alzheimer voor. Ik probeer zelf door te letten op mijn eetpatroon en actief te zijn, zo gezond mogelijk te blijven.
Met een bijdrage aan onderzoek, hoop ik dat op een dag de oorzaak van Alzheimer duidelijk wordt en preventie of genezing mogelijk wordt.
Met af en toe een trap tegen het hoofd tijdens de massa start oefeningen en de piep test.
