Getting ready for the off

I have never done anything like this before. The very thought of doing anything active or sporty makes my blood run cold. But then, I came across this cycling action. Fighting Alzheimer's is a cause that is close to my heart having seen first hand how it gradually steals the person you know and love. 

Signing up for this challenge means that any money I raise will go towards helping those with living with Alzheimer's and will also get me off the sofa for a bit!

If you can give a little bit of money to this endeavour, it will be most welcome and it will also ensure that I have to finish it!

Below is a picture of my trusty steed on which I intend to complete the challenge and, no, I won't be using an e-bike!
